We are suffering with these anxiety disorders and feeling pretty unhappy a lot. But as I’m taking a semester off, working on my ruqya from the jinn problem, and my personal connection and realization of the Creator, I’m seeing and experiencing beautiful things.
What the reality is though, shaitan is the one who always wanted us to be miserable. Shaitan, the #1 enemy. He’s the one who created suffering in us. He’s the one who made us forget that we had a Caretaker who created us, and fashioned us in the wombs of our mothers with so much care. Shaitan is the one who made us forget all the blessings that were given to us. Shaitan is the one that made us forget to give gratitude to the point where we don’t even feel any gratitude anymore.
إنما يأمركم بالسوء الفحشاء و أن تقولوا على الله ما لا تعلمون .
He only commands to wrong ideas, shameless things, and to say things about Allah without knowledge.
Shaitan caused all our suffering. He’s the one that put in our minds and hearts that we’re worthless. He’s the one that made us feel that we’re not good UNLESS we do this or that, or we have so and so quality. And after making us feel worthless, he was the one who started giving us ideas to “fit in” or doing things to please others, even if it meant demeaning ourselves, or humiliating ourselves. To do things that you wouldn’t have done had you had your naturally given self image in tact. A major realization I’ve had with this jinn problem is that the shayateen really don’t want us to be happy.
And then the last step, after we feel like we are suffering and hate living life, he is the one who puts the blame on Allah for all the suffering we have, and unhappiness. And because he made us forget we had a caretaker and creator all along, he convinced us that Allah doesn’t care about us. And he wants to punish us, and other types of nonsense.
Yes, I’ve been through it all unfortunately, and i’ve experienced suffering from this jinn like I have never experienced before. And the more ideas he throws at me that I buy into, the more I suffer and become more unhappy.
إن هذا عدو لك و لزوجك فلا يخرجنكما من الجنة فتشقى
Surely, this is an enemy for you and your wife, so don’t let him take you out of paradise, then you would be unhappy.
The above ayah references Adam and his wife, living in paradise, only to be tricked by the devil and kicked out of paradise. The devil made them unhappy. The lesson here is symbolic, We were created so happy to live life enjoyably, but then the devil brings us down and makes us unhappy. So we start off happy, until shaitan fools us and makes us miserable. Let’s keep our alliances clear and are enemies separate.
Allah is our friend and helper and source of peace and happiness. Shaitan and his ideas are the source of stress, suffering, and unhappiness.
